About Tony

Tony Carthan wears many hats and suits to match. He is a native of  Decatur, Georgia, an ordained minster and deacon.  But to put the icing on the cake his most coveted title is father of 4 girls and a caring husband.  He proudly served his country during his tenure in the United States Navy, as an Operations Specialist. During that time he found his career of choice in the IT field. His education and experience has led him to be a successful entrepreneur in the field of Technology. Although technology has afforded Tony many benefits, his calling is to see marriages flourish and succeed.

While being his own boss causes him to make serious decisions, Tony is far from the mundane businessman.  His fun loving nature and humor have become his trademark in working well with others from all walks of life. He is all about empowering other’s and thrives on encouraging people to pursue their goals and walk into their God given destiny. He advocates for men making lasting relationships and believes the golf course can be one of the best places for this to happen. When he is not putting for birdie (or double par), Tony can be seen serving at the local church, leading focus panel discussions at small group bible study, helping to chair his county party, or speaking with couples about marriage and covenant commitment. He is currently co-authoring a book with his wife Tarenia; entitled, Marriage-It’s Worth It!! Your 30 Day Accountability Partner to Relate, ReEnergize, & Rebuild Your Marriage. The book will allow couples to strip off their ideologies, rebuild from hurts & disappointments, forgive themselves & their spouse while using Scripture and daily confessions to accomplish their relationship goals.

Tony is definitely a man of many talents, but non out weigh his love for God, family, faith, and fun. Connect with Tony at,  , or facebook.com/Marryme4life, and https://www.instagram.com/marryme4life/.
